Production Process
From Idea to Garment

Step 1 – Design & Product Development

Every garment starts with an idea.

Whether you have a finished tech pack or just a concept, we help translate your vision into a production-ready garment.

This stage may include:

Reviewing your designs
Creating or refining tech packs
Selecting fabrics and trims
Preparing the garment for sampling

Step 2 – Fabric & Trim Sourcing

Turkey is globally recognised for its textile industry.

We work with trusted fabric mills and suppliers to source the right materials for your product.

This includes:

Fabric selection
Colour matching
Trim sourcing (zips, buttons, labels, etc.)
Certification documentation where required (OEKO-TEX, REACH etc.)

Step 3 – Sampling

Before production begins, samples are created to test the design.

Sampling allows us to check:

Fit
Fabric quality
Construction
Design details

Adjustments can be made at this stage before moving forward to production.

Step 4 – Production

Once the sample is approved, bulk production begins.
Our partner factories specialise in high-quality garment manufacturing and experienced workmanship.

During production we monitor:
